Refund policy

At RedBeard Bay, each item is made-to-order by our fulfillment partner. Because our products are printed and produced specifically for you, our return policy works differently from traditional retail. Please read the details below.

Returns & Eligibility

We have a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item.

However, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • There is a printing issue

  • You received the wrong item, size, or color compared to your order

Since all items are custom-produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Changing your mind after purchase

To qualify for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and the issue

  • Receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return or replacement is approved, we’ll provide instructions and next steps. Some cases may not require sending the item back, depending on the situation and the evaluation by our fulfillment partner.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong size, print, or product)

We may request photos or videos to speed up the process.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because items are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Changes of mind

  • Sale items or gift cards

Additionally, returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed

  • Items without their original condition intact

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges since products are made individually per order.
If your item qualifies for a replacement due to defect or incorrect fulfillment, we will send a new item at no cost.

If you want a different size or product, you will need to place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you after your claim is reviewed and the return (if required) is received.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Keep in mind:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please email us at contact@redbeardbay.com.
